How I Ruined Medicine

Dr Phil Hammond, Forum Keynote Address 

NHS doctor, journalist, broadcaster, speaker, campaigner and comedian. Among his claims to fame, Phil is Private Eye’s medical correspondent, and alongside Andrew Bousfield he was shortlisted for the Martha Gellhorn Prize for Journalism in 2012 for ‘Shoot the Messenger’, a Private Eye investigation into the shocking treatment of NHS whistle-blowers.


The Patient Experience

A sporting legend, former Captain of England's national football team, Stuart Pearce was an electrician by trade, and it is his determination to succeed that took him to the top of England's national sport. Who better to help us celebrate the achievements of NHS Estates and Facilities individuals and teams as we announce the winners of our 2024 Awards.
